| Checks should be made to Henderson PCMA and must be received along with tournament roster. Acceptance of your application fee is on a first come basis. | ||
| Birth certificates may be required. Player division will be determined by age as of April 30. | ||

| Weather: The PCMA tournament director reserves the right to cancel or reschedule games due to rain or any other unforeseen event that prohibits the completion of a scheduled game. | ||

to the Ballpark: The ballpark is located on outer 2nd. Street, just off the
Pennyrile Parkway. Parking is available along Lincoln Avenue,just behind the
fields and also across 2nd. Street in the North Middle School parking lot.
